Property Update

Post by IN2FISHN »

Too All
First I would like say Thank You to all that helped in the cleanup of the property. We still have a way to go to get the property back to 100%.
We will be storing boats on the property this winter on a fist come first serve Limited space available.
Weather permitting I would like to have another cleanup Saturday Nov 17 . We need to clean the NW corner to accommodate boats for winter storage. $$$$$$$$$
We are waiting electrical inspection to be cleared, Unfortunately the water got into the main breaker panel to the lower fuses and flooded the electrical conduits with sea water. National Grid changer our meter, but would not relight the pilot due to 3’-4’ of water in the club house.

Awesome job done at FTC cleanup. Hats off to all that attended
Property committee would like to thank everybody that showed up for the restoration.
For those members that are still recovering from Sandy our thoughts and prays are with you.

We are as ready as we can be for winter storage, Contact the property committee when you are ready to bring your boat to the property. We have plenty of room. There is no electric on the property thanks to Super Storm Sandy. Waiting for inspection from electrical contractor to get OK to turn on power. :(

Thanks to the House Committee for the Pizza and Soda

The Club house has been shut down till Electric power returns or spring arrives. Water is turned off. Do not use the bathrooms they have been winterized
