I am sad to notify the membership the passing of CAPT Larry Festa, Larry was a corner stone of FTC in the Twenty years I am member I can't recall at anytime that he was sitting side lines always active A Two term FTC President, He was also a DAM GOOD FISHERMEN we always would kid him calling him LARRY THE LEGEND, he loved the notoriety. But now we can truly call Larry A LEGEND he will be truly missed by all in FTC.
