Latest Fluke Trip 5/25/12

The Miss Beahavin' III finally picked up keepers on our most recent trip. Three nice thick fish, just legal. All picked up on the outgoing, the first on a drift south of the Loop drawbridge, the other two as we drifted out of the mouth of Reynolds Channel into the main channel. All keepers were caught on spearing/bluefish belly combos, all the larger sublegal fish were caught on the same bait combos', smaller fish were caught on spearing/squid combos or squid heads, all fish caught ignored live killie baits. Was caught in fog early in the day, kind of scary, especially how quickly you become disoriented with no reference points to fall back on, thank God for my compass, chart plotter and GPS.
