Passing of Another Patriot

Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk, navigator of the B-29 Super Fortress "Enola Gay" passed at age 93. Dutch Van Kirk was the last surviving crew member of the Enola Gay which dropped the "Little Boy" atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, August 6, 1945. We are losing our "greatest eneration" at a rate of 1200+/day, and unfortunately, most of their history with them. I hope we all do our best as those who benefitted from their sacrifice to keep their history alive. Respectfully, Dr. John J. Weber Jr., DPM
