The marina is one of the most attractive deals in town. Jones Inlet is just 3 miles away. Boat owners can drive their car right to their boat and perform their own work, use one of the local yards catering to the club or use a mechanic of their choice. They can also keep a dock box and a freezer to store bait close by, all behind an automatic locking gate securing a clean fully fenced in and lighted yard. Plus boat owners have the added knowledge that fellow club members are available to share fishing knowledge and to look out for their boat.
Contact info: Property@FTCfishing.com for details. Ask about specials for new boat owners.

Beautyful post well done. We also have a post on the Noreaster and so far we have gotten one new member and a possible tenant. We need to maintain the beauty by being full. I currently have a few more locals looking at slips in our club. I will be working with them to re enforce our clubs 100% attendance. The boats looking are fishing vessel one a 31 footer at 33 the other a 35. I feel comfortable that we can fill a few slips.
