Before your boat is placed on the property you must contract the property manager so we can assign you a spot on the property You must pay have a signed lease and updated insurance before boat is placed on the property
We have several dock boxes on the property that are unclaimed. They are located in front of the shed. If anybody know who the owner please let me know.
If you see the red cones out don't not move the cones to park your car. They are there for accommodating a boat for winter storage
