I assume you mean the tip of the rod. Gently apply heat, a heat gun works well, and should pull off. They come in different sizes so maybe best to bring the old one to a tackle shop so you get the right size replacement and glue it on. They sell the glue as well. May be better to just the bring the rod there and let them do it all it takes just a few minutes, and usually just a few dollars labor.
